ADVENT SOUP LUNCHEON
Good food and good fellowship went hand in hand last Sunday as we welcomed the Advent season with a soup luncheon. It was a happy return of a beloved Advent tradition, and a joy to see 50 people once again gathered around the tables together.
Thanks, to those who made savoury soup and sweet desserts, who worked to transform the South Wing and set out the food, to all who stayed to enjoy the delicious lunch, to Mark Watson for the photo, and to Fiona Wardrop who organized it all.
MEMORIAL FLOWERS
If you wish to place memorial flowers in the church this Christmas season, you may email the church, or complete the form available at the back of the church on Sunday morning. Please submit your request by December 11.
CHRISTMAS OFFERING
Special Christmas Offering envelopes are placed in the pews for extra gifts to our missions. The proceeds will be divided equally among Saint Columba House, Montreal City Mission and food insecurity agencies.
